This prevents state or local government entities from overstepping into people’s freedoms of speech and association.
Civitas Action believes that people should be able to give to the nonprofit, church, or charity of their choice without fear of government-mandated public disclosure. For that reason, Civitas Action believes the vote to defend freedom is a vote YES on SB636.
