SB 755; 2R - Ed. Employees Ass’n/Equal Access Act

This bill provides all education employee associations with equal access to employees at schools and prohibits schools from favoring any particular education employee association. Civitas believes the conservative position is to give school employees greater choice when selecting professional associations and allow them to consciously determine what associations to support.
