SB 755 (2R) - Ed. Employees Ass’n./Equal Access Act

This bill attempts to provide equal access to school employees and that schools should not favor nor endorse any specific education employee association. Civitas believes the conservative position is to give teachers fair access to all education entities and that schools should not provide favors to or exclusive relationships with a particular organization.
