HB 32 (2R) - Electoral Freedom Act of 2011

This bill significantly reduces the number of signatures required for a new political party or an unaffiliated candidate to qualify for ballot access. Civitas believes the conservative position is to allow voters more choice in candidates and parties on North Carolina ballots.
