HB 872 (2R) - Protect Right to Work

Protects North Carolina’s Right to Work laws by making it illegal for contracts to require the use of unionized labor. Civitas believes the conservative position is to protect workplace freedom and that workers should not be compelled to join a union nor should contracts (especially state government contracts) require union labor.
