HB 952; 2R - State Air Toxics Program Reforms

This bill exempts from state air toxins regulations those sources of emissions that are already subject to federal emissions requirements. Civitas believes the conservative position is to limit unnecessary government regulation while also ensuring reasonable environmental stewardship.
