HB 585; ACR - Vehicle Emissions Inspections

This bill exempts vehicles less than 3 years old and that have less than 70,000 miles from vehicle emissions inspections. Civitas believes the conservative position is to limit unnecessary government regulation while also ensuring reasonable environmental stewardship.
