HB 854 (VO) - Woman’s Right to Know Act

This bill requires women considering abortion to review the risks and alternatives, view an ultrasound of the child, and wait 24 hours before having the procedure. Civitas believes the conservative position is to protect the sanctity of life that begins at conception.
